"Since joining our Management Services group in 1998, David has been very effective in overseeing Grubb & Ellis Management Services Inc. portfolio of management business in the Northeast and Mid- Atlantic Regions," says Maureen Ehrenberg, president of GEMS. "He has been instrumental in growing the region's managed portfolio to more than 56 million square feet and creating additional value."
Flynn, 48, has held executive positions with real estate funds, investment houses and financial institutions and has solid experience in the investment management, leasing, financing, underwriting, operation and disposition of multi-asset portfolios with a wide diversity of product types.
In his new role, Poblocki will be responsible for oversight and development of management services for the two regions that include New England, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia.
Poblocki, 54, has more than 25 years of real estate experience. He has handled the management, redevelopment and disposition of a multi-billion dollar portfolio and supervised the management of major buildings and diverse portfolios for such businesses as international banks, pension funds, insurance firms, technology companies, universities, development companies and commercial brokerages.
