"The property is in excellent condition, the building has been very well maintained," Mackenzie/Oncor International vice president Daniel Hudak tells GlobeSt.com. Mackenzie marketed the property on behalf of the seller. "When Nabisco acquired Kraft, there was an overlap of facilities. And Mushroom Canning was on a national search for a space because they had outgrown their facility in Pennsylvania." Hudak adds that the building, which was previously owned by Chun King Limited Partnership, has been expanded and improved upon several times over its four-decade existence, and that a couple of other food processors had expressed serious interest in acquiring the site.
