The rental community is designed to offer luxury living at rents affordable to low- and middle-income working families. Portofino, whose units will range from 752 sf to 1,266 sf, will rent for $700 to $980 per unit.
The Mediterranean-style garden apartments, overlooking two lakes, will offer such amenities as a business center, a billiard room and cyber bar, tennis and racquetball courts, an outdoor spa and 24-hour gated security.
