Hayman Aims to Add 5M SF to Portfolio

TROY, MI-The company plans to expand its corporate services from 10 million

TROY, MI-The Hayman Co., a commercial real estate corporate services firm based inTroy, plans on increasing its portfolio of properties it operates and leases to 15 million sf in the next 18 months. The company has announced they are in an expansion mode for their corporate services division, which currently operates and leases more than 10 million sf of commercial property.

Hayman has provided commercial real estate corporate services nationally since 1965. Services provided include leasing and management for office, industrial and retail properties for institutional and private investors.

Property owner and tenant representation is a key component of this division, company officials say. They also specialize in investment sales of all commercial property types.
