Lisa Bortman is coming to Majestic from DK International. In her new role, she will specialize in condominiums, as well as luxury waterfront homes, in Miami Beach and Surfside. She will work in the Miami Beach office, at 1827 Sunset Harbour Dr.
Marcel Van Gemerden most recently worked as a portfolio manager for Kenway Holdings Ltd. He is joining Majestic's commercial sales team.Cyrus Ahaneen, previously with Macken Realty, is joining as a realtor-associate. The company also has hired Estelle Sellier as assistant to founder Jeff Morr and Ian McMinn, his partner in residential real estate. Sellier's previous experience includes public relations coordinator for Nortel Networks. The company had 110 agents before the new hires.
