Majestic Properties Hires Six New Agents

MIAMI-The new agents' focus will include a loft project, commercial sales and leasing, condominiums and luxury waterfront homes. This is the most recent growth for the Miami Beach-based real estate brokerage, which also recently opened a second office.

MIAMI-Majestic Properties, a Miami Beach-based real estate brokerage, has hired six new agents. Husband and wife David and Shannon May previously worked for the Stacy Robins Cos where they were billed as the “top producer couple.” With Majestic, Shannon will work on developing a 22-unit loft project with an Argentinean developer. David’s focus will be on commercial sales and leasing. Both will be based in the firm’s recently opened second location at 5046 Biscayne Blvd. in Miami.

Lisa Bortman is coming to Majestic from DK International. In her new role, she will specialize in condominiums, as well as luxury waterfront homes, in Miami Beach and Surfside. She will work in the Miami Beach office, at 1827 Sunset Harbour Dr.
