Sales Center to Open for New Condo Project

MIAMI-A 31-year-old apartment complex is being converted into the Pine Crest Village at Victoria Park condominium development at a cost of $10 million-plus. The on-site sales center is set to open in two weeks.

MIAMI-Two weeks is the target date for the opening of the on-site sales center for an apartment-to-condominium conversion project near downtown Fort Lauderdale. The new sales center for Pine Crest Village at Victoria Park will open on 15th Avenue, just north of Broward Boulevard.

The condo development, which is scheduled for completion next fall, will be located at 1501 E. Broward Blvd. It will occupy a full city block bordered by NE 15th Avenue, NE 16th Avenue, Broward Boulevard and NE 2nd Street and cost $10 million-plus. The project involves converting 323 apartment units in three buildings, built in 1971, into a Key West-theme.
