Two Firms Take 11,000 SF at Business Center

MESA, AZ-Two local businesses grab a total of 11,000 sf of industrial space at Broadwood Business Center. The leases were signed within two days of each other. The development is about 90% occupied.

MESA, AZ-Cheap Seats Furniture and Interior Design Resources will move their warehouse operations into the Broadwood Business Center, taking a combined 11,000 sf within the 160,000 sf industrial complex.

Peter Klees with Grubb and Ellis told GlobeSt.com that the firms, which leased the recently renovated space within two days of each other, will join several other smaller tenants at the 2452 W Birchwood Ave. building.

Cheap Seats Furniture will take up 5,600 sf of the building for three years while Interior Design Resources has signed a two year lease on 5,400 sf. The warehouse areas occupied by both new businesses had been vacant between three and five months, Klees said.
