Located on Maries Rd., building six is less than a year old and is currently 80% occupied by a single tenant. Sport Rock Inc., an indoor rock climbing concern, has a long-term lease on the space.

Commercial Realty Group Inc. had the listing for the property and has been handling leasing activity for the 140,000-sf park, where space goes for about $8.50 per-sf. "There's still demand for quality investment properties in this market," Commercial Realty Group's David Austin tells GlobeSt.com on the building's sale. "They are getting harder to find, but they're out there." In August, the park's fifth building, a 41,600-sf flex structure, sold for $3.1 million.

Other tenants in the Cascades Center include indoor entertainment company Allsports Grand Prix, software developer Inline Corp., DAR International Furniture, and GEM/Laser Express Inc.
