Greenmount will occupy over 55,000 sf in the five-year-old, 237,000-sf Airport Commons facility, which is now fully leased. Service Express has taken on 40,250 sf of industrial space at ProLogis building three, which is a year-old, nearly 68,000-sf building. "The Baltimore area continues to serve as a prime location for companies that distribute products up and down the eastern seaboard, from the Northeast down through the Mid-Atlantic states," says ProLogis vice president Steve Cloud. "These facilities are strategically located within the Baltimore-Washington Corridor and adjacent to major transportation routes, enabling our customers to streamline their supply chain operations in and out of the region."
