In 1999, Quality Assurance, a moving and storage company, subleased 115,000-sf at Brennan Distribution Center, which is located at 520-528 Brennan St. A year later, it expanded by more than 70% when it signed up for another 82,000-sf at the center.
Now the company has renewed its lease for the entire 197,000-sf, saying that it plans to relocate all of its San Jose operations at the facility. The average monthly rental rate for this facility is $2.25 per sf, full service.
