24,000-SF Bank Breaks Ground in Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, TX-The two-story bank will rise on 2 1/2 acres at College Park Shopping Center, an 89%-occupied project that has just marked its first birthday. The bank will deliver in spring 2003.

THE WOODLANDS, TX-Texas Community Bank has brought in the construction crew to a 2 1/2-acre site at the College Park Shopping Center in the Woodlands.

The plan is to deliver a two-story bank, totaling 24,000 sf, in spring 2003. The project site abuts an 80,000-sf Kohl’s built last year in the center, situated at the intersection of Interstate 45 and College Park Drive.
