Delray Grande Set for January Groundbreaking

MIAMI-The independent-living facility will cost $27 million. The 125 units will range in size from 700 sf to about 1,700 sf. The project is being developed by Howard Bloom and Kenneth E. Richardson.

In addition, the luxury facility will have nearly 40,000 sf in amenities, including a walking track, a health-and-wellness center and spa, card rooms, a ballroom, a dining room, a beauty salon and personalized and shuttle transportation. The facility is being designed for active seniors, Bloom says.

The project will be situated on 10 acres of land. The facility's developers are Howard Bloom and Kenneth E. Richardson.
