Delray Grande Set for January Groundbreaking

MIAMI-The developers of Delray Grande, a $27-million, 125-unit independent-living facility planned for Delray Beach, FL, have targeted January for the project’s ground-breaking, Jeremy Bloom, a minority principal in the project, tells GlobeSt.com. Each unit will range from 700 sf to approximately 1,700 sf, and the facility will offer one- and two-bedroom units, and two-bedroom/den or three-bedroom units. They will be accessible by people with disabilities.

In addition, the luxury facility will have nearly 40,000 sf in amenities, including a walking track, a health-and-wellness center and spa, card rooms, a ballroom, a dining room, a beauty salon and personalized and shuttle transportation. The facility is being designed for active seniors, Bloom says.
