O'Day Consultants Leases Atrium II

CARLSBAD, CA-A locally based engineering firm leases the entire Atrium II office building in Carlsbad for a total consideration of $6.7 million. Encompassing 32,196 sf, the property is located at 2710 Loker Ave. West.

CARLSBAD, CA-O’Day Consultants Inc., a locally based civil engineering firm, has inked a $6.7-million, eight-year lease to occupy the entire Atrium II office building, which is located at 2710 Loker Ave. in Carlsbad. The new tenant plans to occupy 17,000 sf of the facility for its new headquarters and lease the remaining space in spec suites, ranging in size from 2,000 sf to 11,000 sf.

Encompassing 32,196 sf, the class A property is the second phase of a two-building, 60,770-sf office project developed by Newport National Corp., a Carlsbad-based real estate development and management company. Atrium II was completed in September of this year by Keeton Construction Co. and tenant improvements for O’Day’s headquarters are currently under construction by Pacific Building Group.
