In the bigger of the two deals, PNS Stores Inc., dba Big Lots, has signed a 10-year lease to expand its 17,000-sf operation to 37,000 sf here. The transaction is valued at $2.3 million. PNS Stores was represented in-house, while Vic Gausepohl and Kirk Allison of Colliers International acted on behalf of the landlord, Leland Sjule.
Separately, Big 5 Sporting Goods has inked a $1.2-million, 10-year lease for retail space here. The chain will take 15,000 sf in the shopping plaza. Gausepol and Allison spoke on behalf of Leland Sjule. Big 5 Sporting Goods was represented by Charlie Ogbum of Ogbum and Associates.
