VISTA, CA-Two retail chains have inked separate transactions for a total of 52,000 sf at Shadowridge Plaza, a Vista neighborhood shopping center anchored by Stater Brothers and Big Lots. The tenants, PNS Stores Inc. and Big 5 Sporting Goods, will take the space previously occupied by Heilig Myers Furniture.

In the bigger of the two deals, PNS Stores Inc., dba Big Lots, has signed a 10-year lease to expand its 17,000-sf operation to 37,000 sf here. The transaction is valued at $2.3 million. PNS Stores was represented in-house, while Vic Gausepohl and Kirk Allison of Colliers International acted on behalf of the landlord, Leland Sjule.
