Downtown Dadeland is planned for 416 condominium units and approximately 150,000 sf of retail and restaurant space. The project will be housed in seven clustered low-rise buildings.
Presales of the units have reached 60%. Currently, residences range from the $100,000 to $500,000. Floor plans include one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, as well as studios.
Pre-construction is expected to continue through the end of the year. Coastal/Hoar Construction Group is scheduled to break ground early next year, and construction is expected to take 18 months.
Features of the project include wide brick-paved sidewalks, tropical landscaping, and a rooftop pool.
