Warner Courtyards Finds First Tenants

TEMPE, AZ-Coldwell Banker Success Realty is in for 5,732 sf while Farnsworth, Webb & Greer settle on 7,818 sf at the recently completed 120,000-sf Warner Courtyards at 301 W. Warner Rd., a Denali National Trust development.

TEMPE, AZ-A real estate firm and an insurance agency have signed on to become the first tenants at the recently completed Warner Courtyards.

Karsten Peterson, managing director with Insignia/ESG in Phoenix, tells GlobeSt.com that Coldwell Banker Success Realty leased 5,732 sf at the 301 W. Warner Rd. office complex while Farnsworth, Webb & Greer signed for 7,818 sf. Both are long-term leases, with the average lease price factoring out to about $18.50 per sf.
