The center's owner is Crow Holdings Industrial Texas Trust. It was represented by Mark Krenger of Travis Commercial Real Estate Services.
Lawyers Title took all of one building, which measures 21,650 sf. Brent Clifton, a broker with his own firm, represented Lawyers Title, which moved into the space a few weeks ago.
Twigland Fashion Ltd., a San Antonio-based operator of the Agaci Too retail stores, leased 22,000 sf in a third building. Krenger tells GlobeSt.com that the company will use the space as its headquarters plus receiving and distributing merchandise. Ryan Smith of Cross & Co. acted for Twigland, which moved from Cherry Ridge Business Center.
In the same building, NeighborCare, a subsidiary of Kennett Square, PA-based Genesis Health Ventures Inc., leased 12,000 sf. That's an expansion from its previous location, according to Krenger. Gerard Pastrano handled negotiations for Genesis. He was with Dominion Advisory Group at the time of the deal and is now on his own. NeighborCare, a distributor of pharmaceutical products to assisted-living centers, is preparing its space for a December move-in.
Network Tech Center started out as the corporate headquarters of Data Race, a maker of computer modems, which moved there in 1995. It abandoned the building when it head to the Dallas suburb of Plano in 2000 and changed its name to IP Axess. It has since filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. That's the building that Lawyers Title has leased.
The third building in the center is occupied by Teftec, a San Antonio-based company that makes and sells powered wheelchairs.
