Megatrux signed a $2.8 million, seven-year lease with Majestic Realty for the industrial space, according to Insignia's Kent Stalwick and Mark Latimer, who represented the transportation firm.
Stalwick tells GlobeSt.com that Megatrux has moved into the new space, where it relocated from facilities in Brea.
The new Megatrux facility is a freestanding, single-story, concrete tilt-up structure that was built in the mid-1980s and is part of an industrial park developed by Majestic Realty. Majestic was represented internally by Terry Baker and Kent Valley in the lease negotiations.
The new space will enable the transportation company to expand its growing warehousing business and provides a centralized location, Megatrux President Karen Pelle says.
