Megatrux Relocates HQ to 90,000 SF Warehouse

CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA-The transportation and logistics company inks a seven-year, $2.8 million lease that will consolidate its operations from two facilities in Orange County. The lessor is Majestic Realty.

CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA-Transportation and logistics company Megatrux Inc. will consolidate operations from two Orange County locations with its move into a new, 90,000-sf headquarters at 18725 San Jose Ave., according to Insignia/ESG.

Megatrux signed a $2.8 million, seven-year lease with Majestic Realty for the industrial space, according to Insignia’s Kent Stalwick and Mark Latimer, who represented the transportation firm.

Stalwick tells GlobeSt.com that Megatrux has moved into the new space, where it relocated from facilities in Brea.
