The new retail complex at 7515 W. Encanto Blvd., located adjacent to the existing Desert Sky Mall, has signed on tenants Party City, Washington Mutual and AT&T, leaving just two 4,000-sf spots available for rent, Paul Holland with Insignia/ESG told GlobeSt.com."It's a good, solid trade area with a good neighborhood population base," Holland.

Developed by John F. Long Properties LLP, the 6.75-acre parcel already includes a Wal-Mart and Lowe's, both of which underwent expansion last year, Holland said. The 28,800-sf shopping plaza addition, built by McShane Construction Corp., will be anchored by Party City, which has pre-leased 12,000 sf. Washington Mutual and AT&T are each taking 4,000 sf. Holland and Stephanie Davis of Insignia/ESG are the leasing agents for the property, which rents for $18 per sf.
