Whelchel Joins Codina

MIAMI-The former project manager for Cornerstone Development Group in Destin, FL, will focus on the Broward and Palm Beach County office markets for the Coral Gables, FL-based Oncor affiliate.

MIAMI-Jay Whelchel has joined Codina Realty Services Inc. Oncor International’s commercial sales and leasing team. Whelchel, based in the company’s Broward County office, will focus on the office markets in Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Before joining Codina, Whelchel was a project manager for Cornerstone Development Group in Destin, FL. He also has more than seven years of experience in sales with Yahoo! Inc. in New York City, among other companies.
