Tenants will be moving in by Thanksgiving, when the shopping center is set to open.

Nothing Over $1.00 has leased 6,000 sf at the center. CiCi's Pizza will be occupying 4,500 sf at the center. Radio Shack has also signed on for 2,400 sf at the center. David Meyers was the in-house representative for NewQuest on all of the leases. Ken Lilly represented CiCi's Pizza. Ken Delery represented Radio Shack.

The center is located in a five-mile trade area with an estimated population of 260,000 and an average annual household income of approximately $54,000 per year.
