Instant Access Heats Up Phoenix Market

TEMPE, AZ-More than 130,000 sf of fully-furnished office space here has been taken down in the past six months in large part because it came ready for business. In the latest deal, Phoenix-based healthcare provider Kronos grabbed 54,410 sf of office space.

TEMPE, AZ-Fully-furnished office space without the executive-suite price has been closing deals in the Phoenix market as tenants look to relocate as inexpensively as possible.

More than 130,000 sf of fully-furnished office space has been taken down here in the past six months, in large part because it came ready for business, Kevin Calihan with CB Richard Ellis tells GlobeSt.com.

“They’re hot commodities,” says Calihan. “If you take the space including the furniture, the cost savings is significant. You can step into that space “as is” and save yourself the hassle of building it out and purchasing or leasing the furniture. You can avoid all your cabling cost, all your moving costs and all your furniture costs.”
