Mark Geisreiter, senior vice president of Equity Office's San Francisco Region, says the lease deal is significant for a number of reasons, including the fact that it brings occupancy at Corporate Centre to 95%.
Round Table Pizza, which is currently located at Mt. Diablo Plaza in Walnut Creek, will move its company headquarters in April to the new space at 1390 Willow Pass Road. The average asking rate for this space is $2.50 per sf, monthly, full service.
In this transaction, Andrew Brown, managing director of leasing for Equity Office's East Bay portfolio represented the building ownership, while Brad Cavanagh of Monte Vista Commercial represented Round Table Pizza.
