The Henry County plant is expected to have a permanent staff of 150. Among the products that will be produced at the plant are trash cans, storage totes, food containers and closet organizers, according to the company's Web site.

Aero Plastics is negotiating with First Industrial Realty Trust Inc. of Chicago to either buy or lease the vacant Building 9 at Greenwood Industrial Park, according to a published report. Aero Plastics and First Industrial officials couldn't be reached at GlobeSt.com's publication deadline.

Aero Plastics wholesales its products to major retailers such as Atlanta-based Home Depot Inc., Wal-Mart, Kmart, Linens 'N Things and Dollar General Stores Inc.
