Mountain Development Corp. acquired its new home two years ago and launched a major overhaul of the 210,000-sf building. The renamed Mountain Technology Center, a former Hoffmann-La Roche office and research lab facility, underwent a complete interior demolition and overhaul of its building systems, according to Michael Seeve, the company's president.

The owner has also tapped Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey as exclusive leasing agent for the revamped space. Joseph Sarno, Jon Marks and Jeremy Neuer of the firm's Iselin, NJ office are handling the assignment.

Mountain Development occupies a total of 7,500 sf in the redeveloped building, which sits on a six-acre site.
