Finkle Joins Holliday Fenoglio Fowler as Director

MIAMI-Daniel Finkle has been appointed a director in Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP’s equity investment sales group in Miami. In his new role, Finkle will be responsible for institutional-grade property transactions in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic United States. He will focus on retail properties, including power centers, regional malls and strip centers.

Before joining Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, Finkle was VP of investment sales for Divaris Real Estate Inc. in Virginia Beach, VA. There, he represented institutional and major owners of office and retail properties, such as John Hancock, Nationwide Life Insurance, Crown Life, L.M. Sandler and Northwestern Mutual, in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic region.
