During his 13 years in the commercial brokerage industry, Phillips has secured transactions totaling over $100 million and has represented Northwestern Mutual Life, CoreStates Bank/First Union Bank N.A., Lucent Technologies, DalTile and United Parcel Services.
Prior to joining the Scottsdale based real estate firm, Phillips served as a senior associate for Colliers L&A in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania where he was responsible for opening and overseeing the first satellite office in the company's 75-year history.
A resident of Phoenix, Phillips is a Certified Commercial Investment Member and a member of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors.
