Three Lease Deals Fill 68,000 SF

DALLAS-One Galleria Tower, The Princeton and Turtle Creek Centre each are benefiting from new and renewed leases in the 20,000-sf range. The tenants are ABT Executive Suites, Hibernia National Bank and Computer Sciences Corp.

DALLAS-Three firms each have signed office leases for more than 20,000 sf in different office buildings.ABT Executive Suites, the largest independent executive suite operation in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, has leased 20,201 sf at One Galleria Tower. The 468,750 sf, 25-story office tower at 13355 Noel Rd. will serve house the company’s third top-tier executive suites operation in the area. The lease is in line with the company’s plan to continue its expansion north along the Dallas North Tollway.

Hibernia National Bank also has signed a new, 65-month lease for 21,251 sf in The Princeton, a nine-story, 371,228-sf office building at 14651 Dallas Parkway. Randy White of Corporate Realty represented the tenant in that transaction.
