Wise Foods Signs Half-Million-Dollar Lease for New Site

BOYNTON BEACH, FL-Wise Foods Inc. has inked a 17,907-sf lease here for distribution of its snack products to Palm Beach County. The five-year lease, valued at approximately $500,000, is for space in building three of the Premier Gateway Commerce Center at 2027 High Ridge Rd. in Boynton Beach’s Quantum Business Park. That building is now fully leased.Premier Gateway Center currently has five buildings totaling 402,000 sf and is about 87%occupied.Robert Smith, VP of the Palm Beach County office of CB Richard Ellis Inc., represented Premier Gateway Center at Quantum in the transaction.
