In addition, the company has purchased a 38,500-sf new warehouse building from Wayburn Riviera Beach Associates for $1.65 million. This building is located at 2290 Avenue L.

Robert Smith, vice president with the Palm Beach County office of CB Richard Ellis Inc., represented Atlas Signs as the only broker involved in both transactions. Smith tells GlobeSt.com that the sign manufacturer is moving to a bigger building because it needed more space after winning a contract to convert First Union signs to Wachovia signs throughout Florida.
