Paper Distributor Signs Lease for 48,000 SF

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ-Eastern Bag & Paper Group will use the space for distribution purposes, occupying a building owned by the Korea-based Hanwah International.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ-Eastern Bag & Paper Group, one of the largest paper distributors in the Northeast, has signed a lease for 48,519 sf of space at 2559 Route 130 here. The Milford, CT-based company will use the entire industrial building for warehousing and distribution purposes.

Jonathan Glick and Robert Bowman, vice presidents of Sheldon Gross Realty, West Orange, NJ, represented the tenant in the transaction. Coldwell Banker Feist & Feist, Roseland, NJ represented the property owner, Hanwah International. The latter is a Seoul, Korea-based machinery, equipment and chemical manufacturer that formerly used the building for distribution purposes and retains ownership of it.
