Cohen Financial represented the buyer. Stiles Capital Group, a division of Stiles Corp., represented the seller, a Stiles partnership, in this transaction. Several divisions of Stiles Corp. created the property this year for Best Buy. Best Buy's 10-year lease began this fall.

In another transaction, Boulevard Square Ltd., a joint venture of Stiles and WLD Realty, sold the 220,000-sf Boulevard Square Shopping Center and retail outparcel in Pembroke Pines, FL to Cole Cos. of Phoenix. The price tag was $34.6 million. The center, which opened in fall 1999, is 100% leased and is located at Pines Blvd. and Hiatus Rd.

Tenants include Ross, The Sports Authority, T.J. Maxx, Office Max and Bally's Health and Fitness. Ryland Real Estate Advisors represented the buyer, while Stiles Capital Group represented the seller in this deal.
