CAMARILLO, CA-A Westside Los Angeles investor has acquired a fully occupied, 21,000-sf auto service center in Camarillo for $3 million, according to Joe Lopez of Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services.

Lopez tells GlobeSt.com that the Klein Family Trust of Brentwood acquired the property at 1955 E. Daily Drive, near the Carmen Drive exit of the 101 Freeway, from the Yadegar Family Trust of Beverly Hills. The 1.75-acre site is close to the Camarillo Outlet Mall and to Camarillo Plaza.

Lopez who represented both the buyers and the seller, tells GlobeSt.com that the deal is unusual because auto service centers rarely trade.
