Before joining Levitt, Carroll was a senior development manager for Stiles Corp., also based here, and previously served as a development officer for Prentiss Properties, located in Chicago. Carroll has completed more than 2.37 million sf in new industrial and office property developments valued at more than $130 million. In addition, he has been involved with more than 2.78 million sf of industrial and office property acquisitions and re-developments valued at more than $330 million.
Levitt Commercial, formed in September 2001, is a subsidiary of Levitt Cos. that specializes in development, re-development and joint venture opportunities in industrial and retail properties.
