Carroll Joins Levitt Commercial

FORT LAUDERDALE-Kevin Carroll has joined locally-based Levitt Commercial as senior VP and director of development. In his new post, Carroll is responsible for industrial development for the company throughout Florida. He supervises all activities related to project development, including site acquisition, financial feasibility, design, government approvals, construction, leasing and project disposition.

Before joining Levitt, Carroll was a senior development manager for Stiles Corp., also based here, and previously served as a development officer for Prentiss Properties, located in Chicago. Carroll has completed more than 2.37 million sf in new industrial and office property developments valued at more than $130 million. In addition, he has been involved with more than 2.78 million sf of industrial and office property acquisitions and re-developments valued at more than $330 million.
