HAYWARD, CA-A food company and a packaging company have inked warehouse leases.

Gourmet Specialties, a local subsidiary of Unified Western Grocers, has signed a lease renewal agreement for 194,350-sf of warehouse space at 21001-21005 Cabot Blvd. The company’s space includes 11,552-sf of office space. Joss Hanna of Equity Office Properties Trust represented Gourmet Specialties, while Greig Lagomarsino of Colliers International represented building owner Equity Office Properties Trust. The five-year deal is valued at roughly $4.5 million.
