Audio Supplier Cuts Sublease Pact for Far NW

AUSTIN-NetStreams signs for 9,400 sf for the balance of Infogrames' lease. The tenant gets the keys in February 2003 after finish-out is done at the Parmer & MoPac Office Center. Colliers and Staubach broker the deal.

AUSTIN-NetStreams has taken 9,400 sf in a sublease at the Parmer & MoPac Office Center at 3600 Parmer Lane in the far northwest submarket. NetStreams is subleasing the space from Infogrames, signing for the balance of the lease’s term of about five years.

Rick Whiteley of the Austin office of Colliers International acted for NetStreams and Jay Lamy of Staubach Co.’s Austin office negotiated on behalf of Infogrames. NetStreams presently is set up in about 5,000 sf of flex/office space along Longhorn Boulevard.
