The ground-breaking for 610 Clematis, a project by BAP Development Inc., is scheduled for August 2003. Delivery is anticipated to occur by November 2004.

The principals of BAP Development, founded in 1998, are architect Willy A. Bermello and engineer Luis Ajamil of Bermello, Ajamil and Partners, along with construction administrator Henry Pino, formerly with BEC Construction Corp.

Viener's design concept for the project includes a lobby that is "contemporary and elegant, combining sleek detailing with traditional elements taken from the building's exterior vocabulary." The entrance will be a domed foyer with Italian limestone flooring and curved maple paneling, she says.
