"Studley was able to position Cambridge as the major tenant in a newly constructed office development built and delivered by Hines Development LLC, a preeminent developer in the Washington, DC area," a Studley written release reveals. "From this opportunity, Studley was able to secure the premier top floors of the new building. The tenant also secured expansion options allowing for flexibility of premises throughout the lease term." Other tenants in the building include Fannie Mae, the Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Institute, and the Airline Reporting Corp., which also occupies four floors.
