The 2,700-sf store, which opens next to its recently-opened sister store brand Zara, was taken on the basis of Hammerson's 'Onestep' marketing initiative. Launched earlier this year, Onestep is a flexible lease designed to help international retailers expand in Europe and, in particular, ease them into the UK shopping centre market. It helps foreign retailers with the practical issues of opening a store in a new country. It offers a the ability to trial a format and straightforward documentation, and all for a quarterly payment.
