AC Itaroa sold a 66,000-sf chunk of the development to department store El Corte Ingles earlier in the year, which plans to open a supermarket and electrical store there.
The centre will have 106 units in total and 2,200 parking spaces. Retailers already committed to it include all the Inditex brands--Zara, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Kiddy's Class, Pull&Bear, Often and a new household goods brand--and Arana Sports. There will be a 12-screen Cinebox cinema, a sports pavilion, gym and healthcare spa.
Jones Lang LaSalle acted for AC Itaroa.
