Preconstruction prices start at $170,000. Sizes range from one-bedroom/one-bath units with 800 sf to three-bedroom/three-bath residences with 2,400 sf. The Altman Cos. chairman Joel Altman, a prominent South Florida developer, is providing development and construction management services for The Symphony, which will have Mediterranean-style architecture.
Premier Sales Group Inc. is the exclusive sales and marketing agent for the project. The Altman Cos. was founded in 1968, and The Abdo Cos. started in 1969.
