The last occupants to help fill up the building include ADS Corp. and Bionicare Medical Technologies Inc., which committed to 4,500 sf and 5,760 sf, respectively. "The business community we've created at Loveton Business Center is a representative mix of high tech companies and service providers; and the Hunt Valley/Sparks area is a preferred home to both types of users," MIE president and CEO Edward A. St. John says in a prepared statement. Other companies on the tenant roster include Party Party Inc., Step-by-Step Children's Learning Center, Storage Logic Inc, and World Trade Logistics.
