Unit 1 at 3,918 sf was let to Warren & Sons, represented by Warwick Martel, on a 20-year lease with a break clause at the 15th year. Unit 2 at 4,951 sf let to LH Conservatories on similar terms. Both units are on ground and first floor.

Humberts and Neilson Holt advised Nationwide, which acquired the development from developer Medhouse prior to the second letting.
