Grandison to Lead Design of 610 Clematis

MIAMI-610 Clematis, the $55 million, 259-unit condominium project planned for downtown West Palm Beach, FL has selected Boris Grandison to lead the design team for the project. Grandison is a senior associate/architect with Bermello, Ajamil and Partners Development Inc., the project’s developer. The eight-story project is scheduled to break ground in August 2003 and be completed by November 2004. Units are pre-sale priced at $180,000.Grandison has been an architect with BAP since 1994. He has done architectural work on the AutoNation USA Parking Garage in Miami, Brickell Bayfront Club Condominiums in Miami, and Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport Terminal and Concourse E Expansion.”In designing 610 Clematis, we are focusing on creating a space that is desirable to young professionals and active empty-nesters,” says Grandison. Features include floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, private balconies, oversized walk-in closets and master bath whirlpool tubs.The principals of BAP Development, founded in 1998, are architect Willy A. Bermello and engineer Luis Ajamil of Bermello, Ajamil and Partners Inc., along with construction administrator Henry Pino, formerly with BEC Construction Corp.
