Fujita was also the developer of the project, which is near the intersection of North La Brea and Florence avenues and in an area that includes a combination of housing and commercial development.

Tomasellij says the buyer acquired the center as a secure, income-producing investment in light of the long-term leases signed by the tenants. Walgreens has inked a 20-year deal for space at the center, and Buy Low has signed a 10-year lease.
